The house:
If you want to spend some days with a beautiful view of the lagoon, listening to the whisper of sea waves on the back, just relax and enjoy this nice house by the sea side, at Costa Nova, near Aveiro.
But if you prefer some cool water sport, this place is one of the best for surf, windsurf, kaiaksurf, canooing, etc. You can go to do shopping on a bike, play some mini-golf on the way, or just walk to the large white sands and dive on the beach.
It’s a villa with three rooms, a separate kitchen, garage, a living room, a toilette and a shower room. There is also a big garden with proper furniture where you are welcome to have some barbecue.

Lounge dining room with TV, DVD player, CD player.
Other:
Large terrace area, plus parking for 2 cars. In the backyard, large trees provide nice shadows for the summer.
Cleaning/towels/linen:
House towels and linen included, changed weekly;
Amenities/Facilities provided: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, heating, barbecue; bikes are available; you can also play some table games.
Coast/Beach: 5 mins walk to the beach but you can swim if you like, just in front of the house. All the sea coast is suitable for surfing and in the lagoon you can do windsurf, sailing, canooing, dive, etc. There is a pool of salt water at 3km. At 1km you can find several restaurants, snack-bars and a nice little market place with fresh fish, sea food and vegetables. Also nearby there is a pharmacy, hairdresser, and all sorts of shops.
How to get here:
From Porto airport (60km): take the south direction to Porto, then Lisbon, turn to Aveiro, then Aveiro praias. After passing a bridge turn left and then 2mins, just after the curve to the right.
From Lisbon airport (200km): take the North direction to Porto, in A8, turn to Aveiro, A17 then, A25 to Aveiro praias. After passing a bridge turn left and then 2mins, just after the curve to the right.
